1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.

2. Pricing

Quoted fares are estimates based on information provided and may vary due to traffic, tolls, waiting time, route changes, and extras.

3. Waiting & No‑Shows

For standard pickups, a 5‑minute grace period applies; thereafter waiting time may be charged. No‑shows may be charged the full fare.

4. Airport Pickups

We track flights; however, incorrect flight details provided by the passenger may result in additional charges.

5. Safety & Conduct

Seatbelts must be worn. Abuse or unsafe behavior may result in service refusal and/or police notification.

6. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.

7. Accessibility

Wheelchair‑accessible vehicles are available by pre‑booking and subject to availability.

8. Payment & Receipts

We accept cash and major cards. Receipts are available on request. Corporate invoicing may be arranged.

9. Cancellations

Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup unless otherwise stated. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

10. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the journey.

11. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. The latest version applies to your booking.
